Your Order:

Once we receive your order, it is processed and shipped within 24 hours.

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 11 AM EST will ship that day. Orders placed after 11 AM EST wiil ship the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend, or on holidays will ship next business day.

Our Shipping Rates:

All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. We charge by the current UPS shipping chart. Your charge will be calculated based on your shipping type and your distance. All orders under $50 will be additionaly charged a $3 handling fee.

All International orders should call (802)878-5508 for shipping quote. Please have your order ready when you call so that we can better assist you. If you decide to process your order without calling for a quote first, your shipping charge will be added later.

Our Refund Policy:

Merchandise may be returned (if in original unopened packaging) within 6 months of purchase date. An authorization number must be obtained before merchandise can be returned. Please call FoodScience of Vermont to obtain an authorization number. Returns must be sent freight prepaid. The customer is liable for original freight charge. All returns after 6 months are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
